I never knew that. Thanks for that info, P'kid. I always assumed the poor fish had to live the rest of their lives with a hook in their mouth. Miserable.

Any idea how long the rusting takes? Weeks? Years?

It depends but remember, these fish eat other fish and those fish generally have fins and spines and all kinds of sticky, pointy things. I have heard before that there are no nerve endings around a fish's mouth for that reason. I think we often feel for them as if we were hooked in the mouth. I don't believe it hurts them until they swallow a hook.

Kenny, I don't know, it could be real. What gives me pause is the rocket propelled grenade launcher. Now part is not real!!!
