Scare people with a virus, force them to wear masks and place them in quarantine.

... I found these numbers interesting. As reported by the CDC ..

Here are the US deaths by year and the change from the previous year.

  • Year 2017: 2,818,503 Americans died

Year 2018: 2,839,205 deaths (20,702 more than the previous year 2017)

Year 2019: 2,855,000 deaths (16,300 more than the previous year 2018)
The year of the pandemic ...
  • Year 2020: 2,913,144 deaths (57,641 more than the previous year 2019)
BUT WAIT: There were ZERO deaths from Covid-19 during 2018, and 2019 and the jump from 2019 was only 57,641 ???

I've been told that COVID is responsible now for 400,000 + deaths. Shouldn't the 2020 number be a lot higher?
So, the question becomes: How many people died of COVID and how many died (of other causes) WITH COVID. Now read below:

Food for thought:

A very well-orchestrated plan, or an unimaginable set of events that just fell into place with the United States front and center? You tell me!!

Scare people with a virus, force them to wear masks and place them in quarantine.

Count the number of dead every second of every day, in every News Headline. By the way, ninety-nine and eight-tenths of the people who get the virus, recover. About one to two tenths of one percent who get the virus, die. Most all of them have other medical problems. Did you catch that? Less than 1/2 of ONE PERCENT die.

Close businesses = 35,000,000+ instantly unemployed.

Remove entertainment and prohibit recreation, Closing parks, gyms, bars, restaurants, sports.

No dating. No touching. Isolate people. Dehumanize them.

Close Temples and Churches - prohibit public-corporate worship. Create a vacuum and let depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and desperation set in.

Then... ignite hatred and civil unrest, creating Civil War.

Empty the prisons because of the virus and fill the streets with criminals.

Send in Antifa and BLM to vandalize property, destroy public and private properties, historic statues, scrawl graffiti as if they are freedom fighters. Undermine the law. Riot, Loot and Attack all Law Enforcement, but tell law enforcement to order a stand-down.

Then... Defund Law Enforcement and abolish Police.

We are all being played by those who want to destroy America! This is how you destroy a Nation from within, and in very short order.

Will it work? I guess that depends on you and me.

I did not write this ... but it needs to be shared. I just did. Your turn.

Makes you wonder ... MAKES ME WONDER.

Exactly! The numbers did not add up from day one and they continue to not add up. It is their narrative to have control. 500K people not even close to that have died from a virus that has a 99.825% recovery/survival rate. No way, no how. STOP THE MASKS!!! Insanity!

You have cancer but also covid and you die, Covid is the reason. You have a heart attack but you have covid, Covid killed ya. You die of diabetes but had Covid, bigger reimbursement, Covid killed ya. Lying, corrupt, Godless people are responsible for these inflated numbers.

Say it long enough the sheeple will believe it. Thank God I am not a sheeple.

Totally agree - the numbers are being presented misleadingly. I my opinion, on purpose for control. But I won't rule out that some are not smart enough to understand the nuances?

I, early on (and I think mentioned before), have been following the CDC tracking site - it has a lot of information and explanation:

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/covid19/mortality-overview.htm

Statistics - as my dad (a civil engineer) always said, "... are like a bikini - what they reveal is interesting but what they conceal is vital."

Note that in the comorbidities section that of the 460K deaths (data as of 2/17) "involving Covid-19" there are a total of 473K listed with comorbidities (i.e, several had more than one). A bunch of those, especially the 81% over age 65 - would have died before long from the comorbidities anyway. I read somewhere that it was as much as 70% within the year? Really don't know.
They even have a disclaimer in that section,
"The six percent of death certificates in which Covid-19 was the only condition listed was likely related to a lack of detail about conditions present at the time of death."
And note they are tracking, "involving Covid-19" - NOT "of".

In my analysis, yes - Covid -19 is real, and yes - it is worse than the usual flu - but in only about 30% was the Covid-19 the overriding driver due to age and other comorbidities. That means more like 150,000 of the 500K were primarily Covid-19. Even that is twice the number of the worst from "regular" flu the last few years.

But we do know that hospitals were (still are?) getting different reimbursement if Covid-19 was part of the diagnosis. They have an incentive to get it listed.

Do know that we have lost 7 friends over the past year - NONE from Covid-19.
They all had other medical issues for a long time. One local aged 93 (how much longer would he last?), one 60 y/o who had been fighting metastatic prostate cancer for years, one who was a Parkinson's sufferer and aged about 80, and one 75-y/o with bad circulatory issues that was in the hospital multiple times over the last few years with infections. Then had a 93-y/o uncle in MN lost due to a stroke, a 70-y/o bedridden wife of a dental school classmate in CA who had been declining due to MS for 20+years, and a 72 y/o Air Force buddy in CA who had a bad stroke a few years ago with paralysis and also had MS or Parkinson's.

At least wife and I got our second Covid-19 Moderna vaccine last Thursday. So glad we live in FL with DeSantis as governor.
Cheers, Pete

Pete, our hearts go out to you and your bride and are so very saddened by these losses ... guess there are many folks in the same position of having to say goodbye to cherished friends and family. The losses are heightened by the fact that Celebrations of Life, hospital visits, etc. are so very limited, too. I think it is important not only to our individual grief process to acknowledge these events, these precious lives, but is a vital part of our culture in teaching younger generations that life is valued. We do know a couple of people who have passed away with or of the Chinese virus and several who have recovered and several in our age group who have passed away from other causes. In each case, they could have only a small memorial service.

The "no man is an island" concept that our generation grew up being taught seems to be on the wane in the last few generations. Judging by what has happened to the Dem/Libs and mootly accepted by the Rep/Mods party, too many people of all generations, apparently, do not grasp the unfair and destructive forces of socialism and communism in devaluing life and stealing hope. For those of us in or near the baby-boomer generation, can now recognize the process that has been happening to bring our nation to this juncture. And, it's what our elders warned us about!
