Here it is !
Mr. T's Steak Swab ( 30 minutes to steak heaven )
2 1/2 TBS Brown Sugar
1 TBS White Sugar
1 TBLS Ground Ginger
1 Clove Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
I marinade my 1 1/2" -2" thick steaks in this for at least thirty minutes( up to overnite), I grill on a hot charcoal grill about 6 minutes per side for medium rare, I turn my steaks about a quarter turn after about 3 minutes if I want the checked grill marks on my steak. I 've actually had folks stop and ask what it is that I'm cooking................The smell is insanely delicious, the taste is even better.
